Congratulations on purchasing your new NeoTerra tires!

To ensure you are completely satisfied, all NeoTerra passenger / light truck tires come with a 30-day Satisfaction Assurance. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return these tires to your authorized NeoTerra dealer for a refund of the purchase price of the tires on your sales receipt or exchange them for a different set of NeoTerra tires. Installation, Balance and Taxes are not included in this satisfaction assurance policy.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

For your peace of mind, Keter Tire USA warrants NeoTerra passenger and Light Truck tires for workmanship and material related conditions for the lifetime of the original tread of a new tire less 2/32^nd.  The lifetime of the original tread defines as the tread has worn down to 2/32^nd measured in the fastest wearing groove. Keter Tire USA will replace the tire with another NeoTerra tire of the same design. Exclusions and owner’s obligations are listed under NeoTerra Standard Warranty.

MILEAGE WARRANTY

Drive with confidence with NeoTerra tires. At Keter Tire USA, we offer mileage warranty to protect you, the driver, in the event of premature treadwear.

In addition to the provisions of limited warranty for covered conditions, any new NeoTerra tires listed below are protected against premature treadwear for up to four (4) years from date of purchase or the mileage listed below, whichever occurs first:

If the tread on your NeoTerra tires should wear to a measurable tread depth of 2/32^nd, before the mileages listed above, and within four (4) years of purchase or date of manufacture, we will replace the tires on a prorated basis. Within the first 10% is free replacement. Exclusions and owner’s obligations are listed under NeoTerra Standard Warranty.

ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY

Rest assured that wherever your travels take you, you are covered under NeoTerra Road Hazard Warranty. Every NeoTerra passenger and light truck tire is covered for damage caused, under normal on-road driving conditions, within the first 10% of the original tread life and within one (1) year from date of purchase. We will replace the tire, free of charge, with a comparable NeoTerra tire. Exclusions and conditions are listed under NeoTerra Standard Warranty.

Installation, Balance and Taxes and subsequent vehicle damage are not included in this road hazard warranty.
